FASTCOOL^®-50

FASTCOOL®-50 is a high performance hot work steel grade of ROVALMA’s high thermal conductivity tool steel family, combining very high levels of thermal conductivity with high mechanical properties, very high wear resistance, excellent through-hardenability, high tempering resistance, good machinability, can be coated and features very good polishing and texturing properties - for detailed information please contact ROVALMA.

Applications:

Tool, die and mold construction – plastic injection and composite molding, hot stamping, extrusion

Delivery condition:

Annealed ~ 280 HB

Typical Working Hardness Range:

44-53 HRc
