Applications:
- Tool, die and mold construction - high-duty stamping, trimming and fine blanking applications
- Slender punching tools and thin panel dies
- Tools and dies for powder pressing: powder metallurgy materials, bakelites, sintered pieces, resins, brake pads, and composites or in the other dies onto which high pressures are applied
- Blades for circular and rectangular cutting, for plastic mills or guillotine type cutting
- Hot forging stamps for which thermal shock is not a critical factor
Delivery Condition:
- Annealed up to ~280 HB
Typical Working Hardness Range:
- 56÷64 HRc
